Deleting your Maroom account
Maroom is an app for independent masters. Here is how to delete your account and everything in it, and what happens to the data.
- App
- Maroom
- Developer
- Maroom
In the app
- Open "Profile".
- In the "App" section, tap "Delete account".
- Read the warning and tap "Continue".
- Enter your password and tap "Delete account".
The account is deleted at once, and the app signs out of it on every phone.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, contact us from the phone number your account is registered to — by a call, a text or Telegram — or email us and give that number. Ask us to delete the account.
We check that the number is yours, delete the account within 7 days and let you know when it is done. A sign-up still waiting for our call can be withdrawn the same way.

What is deleted
- the account: your name, number, password, specialty, address, photo and settings;
- the sign-in on every phone;
- your clients and their cards, bookings and visits, your clients' reviews and your replies;
- the ledger, debts and the payments against them;
- services, promotions, broadcasts and their pictures;
- notifications and your day-by-day schedule;
- your shop orders, basket and saved items;
- the connected Payme or Click cashbox and its payments.
What is kept, and for how long
- The record of payments you made to us for the service — the sum, the dates, and the name and number written on it. It stays in our accounts as a record of money received, no longer tied to any account.
- Your clients' own profiles in the bot — the name, the number they shared and the language they chose. These belong to the clients themselves, who may also go to other masters; nothing in them points to you any more. A client may ask us to delete theirs.
- Nightly backups of the database: deleted data is gone from them within 16 days.
- Messages already delivered in Telegram stay in those chats — Telegram keeps them, not us.
